1. The foundation shall be strictly forbidden from engaging in lending and speculative activities or personal engagements.
2. The foundation shall be neutral, non partisan, non political and religious tolerant.
3. Changes or alteration shall be at the instance of the board of trustees.
4. The foundation's scope is limited to Ekiti West Local Government communities with top most priority to Ipole-Iloro Ekiti.
